 Choosing handmade paper or textiles is a very important part of my artistic work.

The artfact then painted on a textile support needs binders and special preparatory layers.

Japanese mineral pigments are the ones I use and i find beautiful and unique!

At the end of the pictorial part proceed with the finishing layer.

I use waxes and Japanese lacquers or beeswax.

They are necessary procedures traditionally used in the art of conservation and restoration of ancient works of art.

Passion, method, sensitivity and respect for the time necessary for the procedures, are fundamental to a positive and satisfying outcome ....

Sceglire la carta fatta a mano o i supporti tessili è una parte molto importante del mio lavoro artistico.

Il manufatto dipinto poi su supporto tessile ha bisogno di leganti e strati preparatori.

i pigmenti minerali giapponesi sono quelli che io uso.

alla fine della parte pittorica si procede con lo strato di finitura.

Io uso cere e lacche giapponesi o cera d'api.

Sono procedure necessarie usate tradizionalmente nell'arte della conservazione e restauro di opere d'arte antiche.

Passione, metodo, sensibilità e rispetto dei tempi necessari alle procedure, sono fondamentali ad una positiva e soddisfacente riuscita.
